The clouds were crying on a gloomy day,
My mood just as somber as the twilight,
Wind howling along the wavy sea bay,
Light becoming dim as it turns to night.
My dreams have turned into dust from my fears,
Rain becoming my only source of ease,
Whispering to my ear, the wind, it peers,
Watching my dreams with its shocking cold breeze.
"I'm free, you're free, so come along with me,
The rain will dance as you finally dream,
You will hope someday, I promise, you'll see,
And within that day you will reign supreme."
My comfort in rain allowed me to cope,
Words that allowed me to dream and to hope.
